We are committed to protecting your privacy – we will only use the information that you provide lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Certificate for secure, encrypted connection.
We need information about you for two reasons: firstly to process your order, and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. You can create user account to receive discount voucher codes by email. We are the sole owner of the information collected on our website. Information is not shared, sold, leased with any third parties whatsoever. You can delete user account at any time if desired.
Default payment processor for our website is PayPal, ensuring your details are kept safe. No card details are kept on our website. Voucher code can be used during Checkout to receive discount.
Please note that items will need to be made first (up to 4 weeks) once your order has been placed. Due to the nature that each accessory is completely hand made and sometimes take days to produce slight variations from the photos are expected! Each flower is made with the highest attention to details and each one is unique. We have made every effort to ensure that images are matching items as closely as possible! If accessory you are ordering is available in various colours please leave us a message during Checkout with requested colour in message box. Otherwise you will be sent random color item.
Processing And Delivery
Please note that items will need to be made first once your order has been placed.
As each accessory is lovingly hand crafted please allow up to four weeks until your order is dispatched. This depends on current volume of orders and vary from few days up to 4 weeks. To receive estimate please use Contact Us form.
Delivery to UK:
First Class Signed For – takes approximately 2-3 working days.
International tracked and signed for:
approx 5-12 working days to Europe.
approx 6-15 working days to other countries outside Europe.
Please make sure you have enough time to receive your purchase for your wedding!
We strongly recommend to place your order in advance:
UK – at least 2 weeks
International – at least 4 weeks
Please note that it is your responsibility to be aware and pay any taxes or duties that apply to your country.
We have no control over these charges.
All taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are responsibility of the buyer.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All accessories in our shop are Hand Made-to-Order with highest attention to detail. We treat our business very seriously and make every effort to be fully transparent at all times. Accordingly, we have developed a Refunds and Returns Policy to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you.
All returns and exchanges for purchases from Donatale Accessories must be made within 7 days since day parcel is received (signature required on delivery). You will be entitled to a refund/exchange where:
you have changed your mind about your purchase, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (Change of Mind Returns)
the product is faulty or damaged (Faulty/Damaged Returns)
the product does not match the sample or description advertised on our website (Wrong Item Returns)
Product is lost by Royal Mail
In the event that you believe that any of the above apply to you and consequently, you believe that you are entitled to a refund or exchange, you must provide us with:
your full name and address
unique order number
reason for claiming the refund
Condition of item you are willing to return
If you wish to return products to us, you must notify Donatale Accessories through the “Contact Us” section of the Website within seven days of receiving the products. Claims for returns made outside this time period will be at our discretion. Once your request to return a product has been processed and accepted, you will be provided with email confirmation authorising the return.
Condition of returned products
All products must be returned new and in the same condition as they were sent – unworn, unused and not soiled or damaged. Goods damaged by customer due to wear will not be refundable or exchangeable.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of all returned products prior to offering a refund. This may result in a refund being refused by us, and the product being returned to you at your expense.
Return delivery charges
Return delivery charges are your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We recommend that you return products to us via registered mail. You are responsible for any fees incurred when returning goods to us. The goods returned are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are lost in transit and doesn’t reach us due to customers error.
Providing refunds to you
After assessing the condition of the returned products and if your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been issued.
For Change of Mind Returns, you will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only, excluding original delivery charges. Refunds will only be made upon the return of the product.
For exchanges, we will charge an additional 5£ for UK orders and £10 for International orders.
All items are sent only by “Tracked and Signed For” postage. When parcel is dispatched by us we will provide you with unique tracking number. In case our parcel will be lost by Royal Mail we will fully refund or replace your order upon your request.
Our parcels are securely packed and sent “double boxed” – we can guarantee safe arrival.
Please check your shipping address!
Packages with orders that are returned because address is incorrect or are unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to purchase the products (Paypal). Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 21 days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.
